Yes. Kiboo has a free plan with 1 pet, 3 AI messages per day, and basic health tracking. Paid plans start at €7.90/month and include a 7-day free trial.
What animals does Kiboo support?+
Kiboo supports dogs, cats, and other pets. AI-powered advice is personalized to your pet's species, breed, age, and weight.
Do I need a credit card to try Kiboo?+
The free plan never requires a credit card. Starting a paid plan's 7-day trial does ask for one at signup, but you won't be charged unless you keep the plan after the trial ends.
Can Kiboo's AI replace my vet?+
No. Kiboo's AI gives educational guidance based on your pet's profile, but it does not replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed vet for medical concerns.
How does Kiboo's AI know my specific pet?+
Every answer, meal plan, and exercise suggestion is generated using your pet's actual profile — species, breed, age, weight, and health history — instead of generic advice.
What is the Pet Health Score?+
It's a running score that reflects your pet's overall wellbeing based on the health data you log over time — weight, appetite, symptoms, and more — so you can spot patterns before they become vet visits.
Is my pet's health data private?+
Yes. Your pet's health data is private and is never shared with third parties.
